Maybe you want some face to face time to work along side the FREE 21 Day Mental Fitness programme. Join me for a 3 x 45-60 minute weekly walks in Levin. A great way to chat through the programme while ticking off one of your 7 levers to improve your Mental Fitness. There will be two sessions to choose from each week for the 3 weeks.
