Mental Health Coach
New Zealand

If you're navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout or the mental load that comes with living with a chronic condition, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach specialising in mental health and autoimmune coaching. I work with people right across New Zealand, online via video call, from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

I believe mental health and physical health are deeply connected - and that addressing one without the other often means missing a big part of the picture.

What I specialise in

I work with people navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout and the mental health challenges that often come alongside autoimmune conditions.

My coaching is grounded in lifestyle medicine and gut health education, because the gut-brain connection is real and powerful.

I know what it feels like to be exhausted and dismissed. I healed my own Graves' disease through lifestyle and gut health, and I've seen how much mental wellbeing improves when we look at you as a whole picture.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are in New Zealand.

No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
