Health Coach on the Kapiti Coast

If you're based on the Kapiti Coast and looking for real, personalised support with your health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach based in Levin - just up the road - and I work with people across the Kapiti Coast including Paraparaumu, Paraparaumu Beach, Waikanae, Waikanae Beach, Otaki and Te Horo. Whether we work together in person or online, my approach is the same: practical, honest, and grounded in real life.

What I specialise in

The Kapiti Coast is just down the road from me in Levin, so it's an area close to my heart, and one where I can sometimes see clients in person by arrangement as well as online.

I love working with people navigating autoimmune conditions and mental health, grounded in lifestyle medicine, gut health education and behaviour change.

I healed my own Graves' disease this way, so I know the exhaustion and the sense of being stuck and feeling dismissed. To see how we could work together, you can explore my coaching packages page.

Sessions are available online via video call - wherever you are on the Kapiti Coast - or in person by arrangement for clients in Paraparaumu, Waikanae, Otaki and the surrounding area.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
