What to Expect
Life asks a lot of you.
Somewhere in the middle of it, rest becomes something you keep meaning to get to.
Restore is a weekend where you finally do, held in a peaceful, off-grid sanctuary at the foot of the Tararua ranges, with nothing to organise and no one to look after but yourself.
This is the first in the HEAL Retreat series: gentle, grounded weekends built around the science of gut health and the art of doing less.
Mornings are for learning.
Afternoons are for wandering, resting, and letting your thoughts settle.
Throughout, you'll be looked after with food and care designed to remind your body how good calm can feel.
