This one's a little different
Most of what I offer is about your health. Your gut. Your body. Your wellbeing.
But this? This is about your business - and the person running it.
If you're a solopreneur or small business owner, you'll know the particular kind of tired that comes not from working too hard, but from carrying it all alone.
The decisions. The doubt. The constant recalculating.
One of our Momentum participants said it perfectly this week:
"I always thought I could just do it all alone. But now I realise I needed the community around me."
When do you find time to work ON your business, not IN your business?
That's exactly why Momentum exists.

What is Momentum?
Momentum is a four-part annual retreat series, co-hosted by myself and Rosenda Upton of Cultivate You. It's designed for solopreneurs and small business owners who want to move through the year with intention — not reaction.
Four times a year, we gather at Mangaroa Farms in Wellington for a full day of structured strategy, deep work, and genuine connection with others who get it.
You leave each quarter with clarity, a clear next move, and a community that keeps you honest between sessions.
The 2026 retreat dates:
— Q1 The Launch | Sunday 15 March ✓
— Q2 Mid-Year Reset | Sunday 14 June
— Q3 The Deep Dive | Sunday 20 September
— Q4 2027 Visioning | Sunday 29 November
We are currently welcoming 1–2 additional members to join us from Q2 onwards. If you've been on the fence, now is the time.
Is this for you?
Momentum is for you if:
— You're running your own business and need time to work ON your business, not IN your business
— You have ideas but struggle with a plan
— You're tired of making every decision in isolation
— You want to be surrounded by others who understand, encourage and celebrate with you
We know we go further together. Creating Momentum at every quarter.
