I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across the Nelson-Tasman region including Nelson city, Richmond, Motueka, Mapua and the wider Top of the South.

 

All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to fit coaching around your life.

 

Nelson is known for its sunshine, creativity and quality of life, and I believe good health is what lets you enjoy all of it.

What I specialise in

I work with people navigating autoimmune conditions and mental health challenges.

 

My coaching is grounded in lifestyle medicine and gut health education, because I believe that's where so much of our health begins.

I know what it feels like to be exhausted, dismissed and stuck. I healed my own Graves' disease through lifestyle and gut health, and I've supported people right across New Zealand, including the Nelson and the Top of the South, to feel like themselves again.
