Health Coach on the
North Shore

If you're on the North Shore and looking for real, personalised support with your health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across the North Shore including Takapuna, Devonport, Milford, Birkenhead, Northcote, Glenfield, Albany, Browns Bay and Orewa.

All sessions are held online via video call, so it's easy to fit coaching around your lifestyle.

I trained with PREKURE, New Zealand's leading lifestyle medicine institute, based right there on the North Shore.

What I specialise in

While I'm based in Levin, I have family and friends on the Shore, so feel a genuine connection to this community.

I specialise in autoimmune conditions and mental health coaching, grounded in lifestyle medicine and gut health education.

Having healed my own Graves' disease this way, I know what it feels like to be exhausted, stuck and dismissed.

Curious about where your gut fits in? The Gut Health Quiz is a fun first step.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are on the North Shore.

No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
