Health Coach in Queenstown

If you're in Queenstown and looking for real, personalised support with your health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across the Queenstown Lakes district including Queenstown, Frankton, Arrowtown and the surrounding area. All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to fit coaching around your busy lifestyle.

Whether you're a local navigating life in one of New Zealand's most beautiful places, or you've found that the adventure lifestyle has taken a toll on your body, I'd love to connect.

What I specialise in

Queenstown's adventure lifestyle is a gift, but if you're navigating autoimmune conditions and mental health challenges, it can be tough.

My coaching is grounded in lifestyle medicine, behaviour change and gut health education.

I healed my own Graves' disease through those changes, so I understand that feel of being exhausted, dismissed and stuck.

Have a look at the coaching packages to see what might suit you. I'd love to chat.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are in Queenstown or the wider lakes district.

No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
