Health Coach in Taupo

If you're in Taupo and looking for real, personalised support with your health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across the Taupo region including Taupo township, Kinloch, Turangi and the wider central plateau.

All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to fit coaching around your lifestyle.

Whether you're enjoying the lake lifestyle in Kinloch, fishing the beautiful lakes and rivers of the region, or busy with life in Taupo township, I'd love to connect.

What I specialise in

Life around the lake moves at its own pace, but autoimmune conditions and mental health challenges just don't take a break.

My coaching brings together lifestyle medicine and gut health education to help you feel steady in yourself again.

Having healed my own Graves' disease through those same changes, I know what exhausted-and-dismissed feels like from the inside.

If you're curious whether your gut is part of the picture, the Gut Health Quiz could be a good place to start.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are in Taupo or the wider plateau region.

No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
