Health Coach in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty

If you're in Tauranga or anywhere in the Bay of Plenty and looking for real, personalised support with your health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across the Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Rotorua, Whakatane and Te Puke.

All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to fit coaching around your life.

What I specialise in

The Bay of Plenty is one of my favourite corners of our beautiful country - Mount Maunganui especially.

Wherever you are in it, I help people living with autoimmune conditions and those working through mental health challenges feel more like themselves again.

My approach is built on lifestyle medicine and gut health, the same path I used to heal my own Graves' disease.

When you're ready to explore support, take a look at my coaching packages or take the Gut Quiz for a fun look at where you're at.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are in Tauranga or the wider Bay of Plenty region.

No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
