Health Coach in Wellington

If you're in Wellington and looking for real, personalised support with your autoimmune health, you're in the right place.

I'm Tara O'Malley, a Professional Master Health Coach, and I work with people across Wellington and the greater Wellington region including Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Porirua, Petone and the Hutt Valley. All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to fit coaching around your busy Wellington lifestyle.

What I specialise in

So much of how we feel starts in the gut, which is why my coaching blends lifestyle medicine, gut health and real-world behaviour change.

I work with people living with autoimmune conditions and those navigating mental health challenges, often both at once.

I've healed my own Graves' disease through lifestyle and gut health, so I understand how it feels to be exhausted, dismissed and stuck. Whether you're commuting across the Hutt Valley or juggling life in the city, we can build something that fits your week.

Take a look at my coaching packages to find the right starting point.

All sessions are held online via video call - wherever you are in Wellington or the wider region. No travel required, no waiting rooms - just focused, personalised support from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a chat.
